Christian Community Credit Union Announces Retirement of Longtime Staff, Charlotte Conway and Hope Smith

(San Dimas, CA) Christian Community Credit Union (CCCU) is honored to announce the retirement of two of its long-standing and dedicated executives, Charlotte Conway, Vice President of Member Service and Hope Smith, Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
Charlotte Conway joined CCCU in 1993 as a Lobby Receptionist. Over the years she grew in her position and became Vice President of Branch Services in 2006 and subsequently, she became Vice President of Member Service in 2012. Charlotte has been instrumental in the development and growth of the department. Under her leadership, the department has become a model of excellence in the credit union industry, consistently delivering exceptional service to members. Charlotte’s dedication and passion for serving members have made her a respected leader and valuable asset to the Credit Union.
Hope Smith joined CCCU in 1994 as a Marketing Specialist, the first full-time marketing staff at the Credit Union. Through the years, she grew in her position and became the Vice President of Marketing and Communications in 2014. Hope has been a driving force behind the Credit Union’s marketing efforts. She has played a significant role in promoting the Credit Union’s values, missions, as well as developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Hope’s contributions to the Credit Union and her commitment to its members will not be forgotten.
