Every church is unique, and every real estate market is unique. Often, buying an existing building is easier and cheaper than building a new one. However, some ministries simply can’t find a property suitable for their needs. For ministries with the time and extra resources to do so, we offer construction loans as well.
We offer loan terms of 3, 5, 7, or 10 years, with amortization periods of up to 25 years.Â
For purchases, use restrictions are a common pitfall. Often, ministries have trouble getting a conditional use permit. This can be due to things like parking requirements or changes in use from buyer and seller.
