Can I open other accounts with Christian Community Credit Union?

Yes! We have a wide range of products to choose from. Just be sure to open an account from this website and to follow the instructions regarding specific text to use on your application.

Can I purchase a Visa Student Card as a gift?

No, Visa Prepaid Cards cannot be given as a gift. You purchase the Visa Prepaid Card for your own personal use.

Can I purchase a Visa Travel Card as a gift or give to a teen to use while traveling?

No, Visa Travel Cards cannot be given as a gift. Just like travelers checks, you purchase the Visa Travel Card for your own personal use. However, if higher spending/loading limits are necessary, parents can purchase a personalized, primary Visa Travel Card for themselves and order a personalized secondary card for their teen. Only the parent can load value to the card.

Can I receive my ministry’s bank statements online?

Yes. Sign up for e-statements.

Can I reload the card?

Yes, the card can be loaded up to 4 times for Non-personalized and unlimited times for Personalized. To reload using the credit or debit card registered during enrollment, primary cardholders can visit the website, call the number listed on the back of their Prepaid Card, or visit your local branch. Any applicable fee for reloading via the website or by phone will be charged to your funding source, along with the value being added to your Prepaid Card.  You may register up to two credit or debit cards and one bank account as a funding account.

Your Prepaid Card can always be reloaded by visiting our website at myCCCU.com/prepaid; or you may also visit participating Visa ReadyLink merchants to reload, and merchants reserve the right to charge a fee. Can I retry to register my checking or savings account if it got declined?

Yes, first contact your credit union to make a request to have your checking/savings account removed from the Negative File.  Once approved, the account is removed from the Negative File and you may register it again.

Can I see CURewards points I have earned?

No.  You can view this information on your statement or by adding your card under the Credit Card option using Online Banking.

Can I use a scanner I already own for RDCexpress?

You can use any of the approved check scanners listed under the FAQ: What scanners are supported for RDCexpress?

Can I use Apple Pay to make contactless payments internationally?

Yes. Apple Pay has been designed to enable contactless payments internationally.

Can I use my Gift Card for online purchases?

Yes. You may use your Gift Card for mail order, telephone, and online purchases.  Please make sure you register your Gift Card on the website found on the back of your Gift Card with the correct billing information, including your name and address, or the transaction may be declined.  Please note that your Gift Card cannot be used for online gambling.  You can use the “Show Card Details” option when logged into the Gift Card Manager website to display your account information if shopping online without your physical Prepaid Card handy.

Can I use my Online Banking login credentials for Mobile Credit Card App?

No. You must complete the Mobile Credit Card App Registration process from the phone to create login credentials and set up security questions.

Can I view past mobile deposits in Premier Cash Management?

Yes. Click on the file folder icon on the top right of the screen to view the deposit history.
