If your Business Rewards Visa consolidates all activity to one account known as the company control account, payments must be made to that account. Do not make a payment to an individual account, otherwise it will delay the payment.
Visa Signature and World MasterCard can be redeemed in $25 increments which equals 2,500 points. Visa Rewards can be redeemed in increments of $50 which equals 5,000 points.
Any authorization request that is greater than the card’s available balance will be declined. However, there can be times when a Visa merchant puts an item through without prior authorization. If an overdraft occurs, the cardholder will be required to either reload funds onto the card or make a payment to Cardholder Services to cover the negative amount.
