How can I get free checking?

There are five ways to get free checking:

  1. Switch to Christian Community Credit Union.
  2. Open a Free Checking account which has no monthly fee.
  3. Receive a Checking Plus account free for every month you have a direct deposit set up automatically into your account.
  4. Show your school spirit! High school and college students ages 17-24 get Student Checking free.
  5. Maintain a minimum daily balance of $1500 in your Checking Plus account to waive the monthly service fee.

How can I make deposits into my credit union savings or checking account?

There are several convenient ways to make deposits to your Christian Community Credit Union account:

MOBILE DEPOSIT
You can deposit checks fast with your mobile device using our Mobile Banking Apps.

For Ministry and Business Accounts using Premier Cash Management, you will need to log in using the myCCCU – Business mobile app. The first time using the app for deposits, you will need to select the “Deposit” option at the bottom of the screen. You’ll be prompted to accept our “Terms & Conditions.” Once reviewed and approved by CCCU team, you can begin making mobile deposits for your church, ministry, or business.

ONLINE BANKING
You can utilize the External Transfer feature from Online Banking, which will enable you to transfer funds from another financial institution and deposit directly into your CCCU Checking or Savings account, with no charge. To access External Transfer simply log into online banking, click on Move Money, then click on External Transfer. Note: Trust Accounts, CUTMAs, and Corporate Accounts are excluded from this feature.

ATM/CUSERVICE CENTER
You can make deposits at select ATMs through the CO-OP network and CUService centers.

How can I obtain a copy of a check that has cleared in our ministry’s account?

If your account is set up with Online Banking or Cash Management, click on the check number in the account history to retrieve the front and back image of the check. Only checks cleared within the past 90 days can be retrieved online.

For an image of older checks, call 800.347.CCCU (2228). If your ministry’s account is not set up with internet access, call 800.347.CCCU (2228) to request check copies.

How can I use my gift card?

You can use your Christian Community Credit Union Visa Gift Card at most places Visa Debit is accepted. See Terms and Conditions for further information.

How can we get free checking on our business account?

Keep an average balance of $1,500 in the account per month.

How do I access funds from my Ministry Savings Accounts?

How do I access ministry cash?
  • Withdraw up to $500 at affiliated credit unions in the Service Centers network. If you need to withdraw more than $500, we can make arrangements for you to receive the funds at a credit union near you.
  • Use a Visa Debit Card issued to your signers to withdraw up to $1,025 daily from an ATM.

How do I activate my Gift Card and obtain my PIN?

Your Gift card can be activated by logging into the website found on the back of your Gift Card.  Go to the Prepaid landing page, click on the Gift Card link bringing you to the Gift Card Website, and click on the Activate Card button.  You will then be prompted to choose a 4 digit PIN. You may also call the customer support number listed on the back of your card, 866-902-6082, to activate it, and an assigned PIN will be automatically spoken after your card is activated; you will have the opportunity to select a new PIN if you choose.

How do I activate my Student Card and obtain my PIN?

Student cards can be activated by logging into this site and clicking on the Activate Card button; it then prompts you to choose a 4 digit PIN. You may also call the customer support number listed on the back of your Prepaid Card to activate it. An assigned PIN will be automatically spoken after your Prepaid Card is activated; you will have the opportunity to select a new PIN if you choose.
