To ensure a smooth transition, please read below for required changes needed within your QuickBooks or Quicken software.

Important Dates & Action Steps

What You Need to Do:

By 11/3/2024: 
  1. Do a data file backup of your ministry or business
  2. Complete a final transaction download & match downloaded instructions
On 11/6/2024 or after: 
  1. Deactivate your existing account connection to CCCU
  2. Reactivate your account to CCCU’s new Cash Management platform

To complete the tasks above, please select below for your software’s specific instructions:

NOTE: Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days after conversion. We encourage you to download a QFX/QBO file during this potential outage. The following services may not work during the outage: QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect & Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect.


Once you’ve completed migration instructions, please carefully review your downloaded transactions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.

Please review your user permissions, limits, and templates or files you initiate before processing.
