To ensure a smooth transition, please read below for required changes needed within your QuickBooks or Quicken software.

What You Need to Do:
By 11/3/2024:
- Do a data file backup of your ministry or business
- Complete a final transaction download & match downloaded instructions
On 11/6/2024 or after:
- Deactivate your existing account connection to CCCU
- Reactivate your account to CCCU’s new Cash Management platform

NOTE: Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days after conversion. We encourage you to download a QFX/QBO file during this potential outage. The following services may not work during the outage: QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect & Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect.
Once you’ve completed migration instructions, please carefully review your downloaded transactions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
